Who we are

Dutch Survey BV is a land surveying and industrial measurement company based in Alkmaar. We are registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 58645128. Our address is Kanaalkade 57, 1811 LS Alkmaar. For questions about this privacy policy you can contact us at info@dutchsurveybv.com.

What data we collect

We collect personal data that you provide to us yourself, for example via the contact form on our website. This includes the following data:

• Name
• Company name
• Email address
• Phone number
• The content of your message

In addition we collect anonymised analytical data about the use of our website, such as page visits and session duration. This data cannot be traced back to individual persons.

Why we collect this data

We use your data for the following purposes:

• Responding to your contact request or quote request
• Performing an agreement with you or your organisation
• Improving our website and services
• Complying with legal obligations

How long we keep data

Contact details submitted via the form are kept for a maximum of 12 months after the last contact, unless there is an ongoing agreement. In that case we keep the data for up to 2 years after completion of the agreement. Financial data is kept for 7 years in accordance with the legal retention period.

Sharing with third parties

We do not share your data with third parties, except with the following service providers that are necessary for the operation of our website:

• Resend for processing email notifications from the contact form
• Vercel for hosting our website
• Google Analytics 4 for anonymised website analytics, only after your cookie consent

We have data processing agreements in place with these parties. Your data is not sold to or shared with advertisers or other commercial parties.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the following rights:

• Right of access: you can request which data we hold about you
• Right to rectification: you can have incorrect data corrected
• Right to erasure: you can request that your data be deleted
• Right to restriction: you can have the processing of your data restricted
• Right to data portability: you can receive your data in a common format

You can submit a request via info@dutchsurveybv.com. We respond within 30 days. You also always have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

Cookies

Our website uses functional cookies that are necessary for the site to work. We also use Google Analytics 4 to measure website usage in an anonymised way. These analytics cookies are only set after you give consent via the cookie banner. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not share data with ad networks. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser data.
