24/7 Monitoring

Continuous monitoring, day and night

Overview

Keep watch over your project day and night without anyone on site.

On long-running projects or high-risk situations, manual surveying is not always practical. The environment changes continuously, the time intervals between measurements are too long, or the location is hard to reach. Automated monitoring solves this.

We install total stations and sensors that measure independently at fixed intervals. The measurement data is automatically collected, processed and made available through a web portal. You have 24/7 insight into the status of your structures and sites. When threshold values are exceeded, you receive an immediate notification.

The system is suitable for excavation pits, tunnel boring, dike reinforcement and industrial processes. Together with you we draw up a monitoring plan that describes which parameters are monitored, which threshold values apply and how alerts are handled.

Our approach

How we work.

From intake to delivery. Every step aligned with your schedule.

1

Monitoring plan

Together with you and, where relevant, the structural engineer, we draw up the plan: which parameters, which threshold values, which measurement frequency and how alerts are handled.

2

Installation

We place the measurement equipment and sensors on site. The choice of sensors depends on the situation and the parameters to be monitored.

3

Baseline measurement

All measurement points are captured as reference. The system is tested and the data connection verified.

4

Continuous monitoring

The system measures automatically at the agreed intervals. Data is processed in real time and made available through the web portal.

5

Reporting

You receive periodic reports with analyses and trend lines. On alerts we contact you immediately and advise on next steps.

Frequently asked questions

FAQ.

The most asked questions about 24/7 Monitoring. Question not listed? Feel free to get in touch.

Depending on the sensors: displacements (horizontal and vertical), pore water pressure, groundwater levels, vibrations, crack width and tilt. We advise which parameters are relevant for your project.

Through a secure online environment you have 24/7 access to current measurement data. You see graphs, trend lines and the status of all measurement points. The portal is accessible from any computer or phone.

From a few weeks to several years. The system is designed for long-term deployment. We handle maintenance and calibration throughout the entire runtime.

Yes, we do this regularly. Automated for continuous monitoring of critical points, supplemented with periodic manual measurements at additional locations or for verification.

We are very satisfied with the dimensional control service across various projects. From the very first contact, communication has run smoothly.

Pelle van OostWeComplete

Michael had everything worked out the day before and was able to come the very next day. Delivers good work and is professional. We are very satisfied.

Marian KwakernaakParticulier

The dimensional control service was excellent. The team delivered accurate and timely results, which kept the project running smoothly.
