A new T-junction has been built on the Maasvlakte beneath the Antarcticaweg, with large 3x2 metre concrete utility ducts. These ducts form a safe passage for pipelines between the existing Neste plant and the one under construction. In addition, a new side road has been built as an emergency entrance and exit.
Dutch Survey BV provided the survey work for Dura Vermeer. The project was carried out with partial weekend closures of the Antarcticaweg.
